(High Definition Clip) Beatrice is all dressed up as she leaves for her new job interview. She's both excited and concerned her handicap may limit her prospects. She needs this job if she ever hopes to pay for the operation to get her foot back to normal again. An accident has left her with a screwed up Achilles heel and she can't put her left foot down flat on the ground. Instead her foot is permanently bent as if she is wearing a very high heel, but ironically she can no longer get a shoe, flat or heel on that foot! Instead she gimps around either with that foot bare or with only a sock or hose to protect it and she puts all the weight of that leg on her poor big toe! She is wearing hose for the interview but she knows the way she typically has to gimp around they will eventually rip as usual even though she is wearing a reinforced toe hose. So she decides to protect her hose with a white sock uand to use her hated crutches just till she gets to the interview location and then ditch them so nobody thinks she needs them (she uses them for only 3+ minutes in the clip). When she gets to the Interview location she ditches her crutches first and white sock once in the building and up the stairs near the office so her bare hose look as pristine as they can. The poor girl then proceeds to do what she always does on her bad foot, gimp and hop to the office on her tippy toe. As usual she pulls her single heel off to deal with stairs and then puts it back on. Fingers (and toes) crossed. Great closeups!
