She crumples to the floor and holds her pretty pedicured foot (closeups) and then gets up to over and pick up her heel. she then hops over to sit on a ledge where she can check her foot out and massage it while still in one shoe. Slowly she limps up the stairs curling her one set of bare toes as she makes it to the top. Then she alternatively hops and limps down the street (more closeups). At one point she tries to rub the dirt off her one bare foot by rubbing it in the grass. Occasionally she stops to curl her toes. At one point she hits a place in the sidewalk where the pavement ends and its all dirt and gravel. Gingerly she tires to across it but its too hard on her tippy toes and she decides to hop in her one heel instead resting her bare foot on her one heel shen she gets across. After some more hopping and limping she stops to check out her dirty sole, curling her toes in dismay (closeups!). Finally she limps/hops beck to her apartment retsing her bare foot on the door frame as she tries to open the door. Unfortunately what awaits her on the other side is a long multi level climb up steep stairs in her one bare foot and heel. What's a girl to do? up each stair and then hop across each landing. She is so tired by the time she get to the last landing that she holds onto the bannister with two hands and uses her one good shoe and her bare big toe to up to her apartment!
