Maybe you saw the previous clip of Katie? Than you know why she was pre inflating some balloons. Just to make them soft so she can blow them bigger. She starts with the inflator to get used to the loud popping sound (1 balloon) and then she goes for the blow to pops by mouth (4 balloons)!
