Little Billy is out in the yard shooting cats with his sling shot. His irate step-mother shows up with curlers in her hair screaming at her naughty step-son. It seems Billy recently broke a neighbor's window with his sling shot and now that he is playing with it again, his step-mother is going tare his ass up. She begins waling on him with a spatula, belt, and her shoe, all the while telling him he is grounded for months.

Next she drags Billy into the house to resume his beating. She puts her step-son over her knee and spanks the daylights out of him. Mistress Kitten's performance ...
