I pour a big bowl of cereal and swallow it down. I polish off the entire carton of milk and it begins to kick in. My belly expands, the burping is relentless and the hiccups frustrating. I do my best to try soothe my bloated belly by scratching and playing with my bellybutton but it seems to be only getting worse. Do I regret it?
