The doctor comes in after having a big lunch. His belly is extremely bloated and he is burping constantly. He listens to his belly sounds with his stethoscope. He tries to soothe his extended bloated belly discomfort by rubbing his bellybutton with his finger. It is very clear that he ate too much food.
