???? I head to the couch after a big meal with a bloated extended belly and a lot of gas to lie down. I live there with my bulging belly sitting over my underwear for being constantly that meal was so big I could nearly put me to out for the count. I didn’t sit up on the edge of the seat with my big belly hanging over my underwear. Try my best to release all the gas that built open side me
