Transformation fantasy Messing with magic body and head separation

I found a so-called magic book in a creepy bookshop down a dark alley today. I thought I would buy it for fun to prove my scepticism was right. I found a spell that separates a persons body from their head. I close my eyes and said the magic words only to open them to discovered that it had worked. I’ve always wondered what I look like through my own eyes. I flex my muscles and admire myself. After a few minutes, I began to panic as I did not think this is true, nor see a reversal spell. What am I going to do?
