Patient takes off the top (bra on).
In a sitting position:
- Auscultation of lungs, chest and back.
- Auscultation of heart, sitting position. (bra off from this point)
Patient lays down - remove shoes.
Supine position:
- Palpation of heart.
- Auscultation of heart.
- Auscultation and palpation of heart - mitral valve lateral position for this.
The med team sets up a 12 lead ECG, preps the patient and places...

When it is done, they remove the electrodes and produces:
- An abdominal palpation exam.
