Dee's older step-sister Almah has a known heart condition and her step-sister Dee has heavy asthma. On holiday Almah starts to feel her heart beat become irregular and she reaches for her medication but its nowhere to be found! She asks Dee but they soon realize they forgot it in their little weekend house. Almah is getting worse, her pulse is very weak, and she must lay down.
