She listens to her own heartbeat and checks her pulse making her even nervous, and soon she collapses, after a few gasps for air her heart goes into full cardiac arrest. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response following the shock. They continue the resus procedure. Following a few cycles her pulse returns. Amaris gasps for air and after a minute of communication she collapses again with no pulse. Her colleagues continue the resus procedure again with fast chest compressions and many sharp defibrillations. Following a few more cycles Amaris' pulse returns.
