Her heart is now in full cardiac arrest. The med team starts CPR immediately while they cut off all her clothes. They continue work on the on the fully naked patient. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response following the shock. They continue the resuscitation procedure with strong chest compressions, ambu bagging and many defibrillations. They produces many more cycles until patient’s pulse finally returns. She looks stable and ready to transport to the ICU.
