Suddenly her breathing worsens, and the doctor enters to prep her for an intubation. She removes the O2 mask and the Mayo pipe and intubates the patient. She immediately starts resuscitation with deep and strong chest compressions CPR and ambu bagging. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response. She continues resus and following a few more cycles the patient's heart returns to normal rhythm. The doctor hooks her up again to the respirator.
