Hospital nurse Beatrice is down in an old part of the hospital after exercising in the gym which she required to calm her mind after a particularly difficult ER shift. In the bathroom she has a panic attack and runs out. When she gets to the stress-test exam room she falls to the floor and starts to twitch.
