Bianca and Eve Angel are working overtime in the office when suddenly Bianca starts to feel heavy pains in her chest, but tries to ignore them. Eve realizes something is wrong, and Bianca tells her she has chest pains. Soon she cannot even sit, and must lays down. Eve opens the window, helps her lay down and calls for an ambulance.
