She pulls out the defibrillator, and the nurse with the tolerance to the highest joule output without getting a CA gets the assignment. Nurse Gloria is next on the exam table and following larger and larger electro shocks with the defibrillator she is still in one piece. Doctor Bianca then sets the machine so high Gloria's heart goes into vifib and she crashes, Doctor Bianca starts CPR immediately with nurse Maria bagging her. The defibrillator is charged and following a round her pulse returns. Now nurse Maria is next. She takes her top and bra off and Doctor Bianca hooks her up to a heart monitor. The defibrillator charges and following the 3rd shock her heartbeat goes into ASY. They start CPR and ambu bagging. Lucky, Maria's pulse returns to normal after CPR. The nurse trainees then goad Doctor Bianca to get a taste of her own medicine and get the same treatment. So to show she can take it, she takes off her bra, and hooks up to the heart monitor thinking the trainees will only be brave enough to administer a small shock. WRONG! But when Maria takes the paddles, Gloria sets the machine to 300 Joules. When Maria pushes the red button Doctor Bianca gasps for air for a short time and then she crashes. But unfortunately the nurses are not well practiced in resus! Just then, another doctor enters and realizes Bianca crashed on the table, she checks her pulse and begins CPR immediately raising her voice to ask the nurses what the hell is going on and starts to bark commands at them to assist. Following the first round, Bianca does not respond. They continue the CPR and bagging and after a few cycles of CPR and defib Doctor Bianca's pulse stabilizes. She gasps for air and the nurses put an O2 mask on her and checks the EKG. A lot of defibrillations and CPR in this one. A must see for Defib fans! Check out the first part with Kelly .
