The patient's body starts convulsion and her face, hand, feet convulsion and go stiff. The med team stops the machine to check her vitals. Then they continue the therapy. Finally when this round of shocks are over, her body starts twitching, and her breathing is not spontaneous. Suddenly her heart goes into vifib! The med team starts CPR immediately and the defibrillator is charged, but following the first shock there is no response! CPR and ambu bagging continue. The patient needs more time and more defibrillations and finally her pulse returns! A must Resus and ECT fans!
