Casey is in her hospital room in a hospital gown with BP cuff, and 7 leads of ECG. She starts gasping for air. The med team steths her vitals. They place an O2 mask onto her face and prep her for cardioversion treatment. 3M defib pads placed while the patient is in a seated position but there is no response after the first round of defib.
