(English) Claire and her assistant are having a hard and stressful day at the office and are under an impossible deadline. Claire starts feeling strange. After weeks of work at this pace and with her job on the line days before deadline her arms first start to get numb, she is feeling dizzy and experiencing shortness of breath as well. Her assistant tries to relax her, but they don't realize yet this could be a serious medical issue. Claire has had panic attacks before. However, in the next moments Claire starts doing strange things, getting up from her desk she rams into the wall and her eyes look strange. Her assistant realizes there is something very wrong and helps her to lay down on the floor. Then, kind of panicky, she goes to the next office for help. As she comes back with a colleague who is the official CPR designee in the office, Claire's condition has, alarmingly, only degenerated further. She cannot speak coherently, her breathing is very flat and finally she totally crashes. Claire's breathing and pulse are checked and it's realized she has severe problems. Claire's heart has gone into full CA. They call for the ambulance and the office AED is pulled out and turned it on. They do everything as the machine instructs. They cut off her blouse and bra, place the AED pads onto her chest and wait. When the machine advises to pushe the button, a shock is delivered... with no response. They continue the resuscitation procedure with CPR. When the AED instructs them they clear and wait and shock her again. Following the second shock Claire suddenly lets out a long loud gasp and then starts breathing heavily! Suddenly her breathing becomes faint again, her eyes roll and in the next second her heart stops again! Claire's colleague continues administering CPR as she was trained to do and starts MTM breathing too. Claire's assistant helps her to do it.
