(English) Claire is in the Coronary Care Unit following amassive CA event. Her condition is still not stable. She is hooked up to a 12 lead heart monitor with nasal cannula inserted, a BP cuff is placed and she is wearing a patient gown. She starts feeling chest pain again and is breathless. (English) Claire is in the Coronary Care Unit following amassive CA event. Her condition is still not stable. She is hooked up to a 12 lead heart monitor with nasal cannula inserted, a BP cuff is placed and she is wearing a patient gown. She starts feeling chest pain again and is breathless. She calls the nurse immediately and the doctor arrives and checks her vitals while Claire’s heart rate goes up and down again. Her heart goes arrhythmic. Her breathing is heavy and she loudly gasps for air. The doctor places an O2 mask onto the patient and calls for help. The medical team enters to checks Claire’s vitals while her heart beat gets worse and she slowly starts to fade. A long scene begins with a large medical team around her. They examine her, talk to her and try to keep her awake while she exhibits symptoms of a massive CA. But soon Claire’s heart slows down to a crawl. The medical team starts CPR immediately with real deep and strong chest compressions and ambu bagging her. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response following the shock. They continue the resus procedure. The med team checks her pupils and following many cycles of resus Claire’s pulse finally returns to normal, but she is not stable. Her breathing is still weak. A few seconds later her heart flatlines again. The med team continues resus and preps her for intubation. They remove her gown and intubate her and then try to place the pulse oximeter onto her toe. A very long, dramatic and realistic resus scene occurs with deep and strong chest compressions and realistic defibrillations by a large medical team. Following many cycles of CPR, bagging and defibrillations, finally the patient’s pulse returns to normal and she starts moving on the bed with all the equipment on her and ET tube inserted. She looks stable enough to transport to the cath lab again. A very realistic and exciting clip with many details, large med team, long symptoms scene, deep and strong chest compressions, realistic defibs, bagging, 12 lead, intubation on a nude patient.
