They switch position of the CPR, ambu bagging her, and the defibrillator charges but there is no response following the shock. They cut off her pants too and remove the 12 lead for better access to her chest and continue the resus procedure with more cycles of CPR - bagging and defibrillations. Finally the patient's pulse returns but her heart is still in atrial fibrillation, she gasps for air and she is semi-conscious. Following a minute in this state she collapses again and her heart flat lines. The med team continues CPR with a CPR board under her back and begins intubating her. Following some cycles of CPR and defib they intubate her and continue resuscitation. It is a long fight for this young womans life.
