Dorothy is on the way to ER following her multiple CA's and resus ( Dorothy Office CA ). She is totally breathless and has heavy chest pains. When she arrives in ER the team immediately begins he exam. They cut off her top but she resists because it's a good top! So the team sits her up and removes her top and bra.
