(English) Dorothy is at the Doctors office complaining of a pain in breasts and abdomen. Her medical exam continues and the doctor performs the following procedures on her:

The patient is in supine position already:
- Abdominal auscultation
- Abdominal palpation

Removes panties from here:
- Check femoral pulse
- Vaginal exam with two hands
- Check anus (patient turns to prone position for this part)

The patient turn back to supine position
