A solid surgery feature film with many details. Clinic inspector Dorothy tells the nurses at the fertility clinic that she doesn't like what she sees, and will have to shut down the facility for numerous violations. The nurses panic, and even offer Dorothy a bribe, but she won't take it. Dorothy ends up in the preop holding area.
