The defibrillator is charged again but there is no response following the round. The nurses continue to cut off all her clothes, and a few second later she is totally nude on the ER bed. The med team performs more cycles of CPR - bagging and defibs without any response. they intubate her. The doctor produces strong chest compressions with interlocked fingers but there is still no pulse - asystole - is visible on the patient control monitor. The full med team works on her and tries everything. Following many more cycles of resus - from all camera angles - the patient's pulse returns to normal!
