As doctor Ginger arrives to sign the certificate everything looks appropriate. Then she notices something odd. The victim's hand seems to have become exposed from under the hospital sheet. Doctor Ginger continues her work and we hear her heartbeat at 130 in the background. The doctor thinks she sees the body twitch and decides to check it out starting with its face. The fluid around the mouth reminds her of all the vampire stories and her heart beats faster. Then to her dread and surprise. The "victim" shoots straight up off the table, but it's doctor Ginger's heart that feels like a stake has gone through it! As her heartbeats like a freight train, Doctor Ginger gasps for air and goes down. Now it's the nurse-playing-victim's turn to be scared, and she quickly calls in the other nurses. They put doctor Ginger onto the table but her heart has arrested. The nurses start resus, CPR and ambu bagging, with many defibrillations. They are so stressed out they don't need another almost finished Doctor ( remember Dr. Miranda )... soon Ginger's pulse returns but she is very breathless. Nurse Jessica has tried to clean her face off but she's forgotten some fluid on her face and the doctor awakes to what she thinks is a "vampire" doing resus on her!
