Irina is in the OR for chest surgery. The surgeon explains the surgical procedure to her and the med team places the ECG electrodes onto her chest under her gown and blue bouffant cap on her head. When Irina lays down on the operating table she breathes deeply in a black mask. Soon she switches to a transparent plastic mask. Following more deep breathing, Irina counts backwards and her eyes roll. Soon she is intubated. An ET tube is affixed with tape and her eyes are taped as well.
