The med team isn't clear what is going but starts CPR immediately with strong chest compression. Irina is bagged through the ET tube and then the defibrillator is charged, but there is no response following the round. The med team continues the resus procedure. They repeat more cycles of resus until Irina’s pulse returns to normal. She looks stable enough to continue the surgery.
