At a small Doctors office in a village. Dr. Jade and her nurse have just finished their shift. The nurse Nesty is discussing issues with her boyfriend and how he is breaking her heart and the doctor auscultates her heart with her stethoscope to cheer her up and tell her heart is actually ok.
