(English) Jessica is lying in the pre-op holding area and the nurse asks how she's feeling. Jessica says, "Oh my God, it hurts!" while clutching her stomach. Shs is helped to relax but she keeps trying to talk and is soon reduced to gibberish. The nurse puts a blue bouffant cap on Jessica, and she is wheeled down the hallway for surgery. (English) Jessica is lying in the pre-op holding area and the nurse asks how she's feeling. Jessica says, "Oh my God, it hurts!" while clutching her stomach. Shs is helped to relax but she keeps trying to talk and is soon reduced to gibberish. The nurse puts a blue bouffant cap on Jessica, and she is wheeled down the hallway for surgery. Jessica is prepped and after applying the electrodes, and BP cuff, the nurse masks Jessica and uses a harness. The nurse instructs Jessica to take some deep breaths, and count back from 100. Her eyes are taped shut with the mask on. The head nurse begins prepping Jessica's abdomen. The ET Tube is inserted. The surgery begins to remove the hernia. After the surgery the team decides to keep Jessica relaxed in the OR. They extubate Jessica, place an 02 mask on her eyes still taped shut, and her bouffant cap on. Jessica is wheeled down the hallway (capped and masked), and into the recovery room. The nurse checks her heart rate with the stethoscope. Jessica begins to stir under the mask, and realizes that she can't open her eyes, which are still taped shut. The tape is gently removed, and Jessica moans under the mask. The nurses discuss how the surgery went, while Betsy strokes Jessica's cap a couple of times. Jessica asks them if they took care of the problem.
