Jozephine's got big blue eyes, bigger natural breasts and even bigger reactions to Resus. She's in the ER with heart attack symptoms, shortness of breath, nausea and chest pains. The med team checks her vitals with a steth and perform a Doppler with real audio heartbeat. They hook her up to the heart monitor and place a BP cuff and IV. The patient condition quickly worsens and she experiences serious chest pains before collapsing. Her heart flatlines....

The med team begins the resus procedure with the CPR (fast, strong chest compressions with interlocked fingers). The defibrillator is charged but there is no responses following the shock, (Jozephine produces BIG HOLLYWOOD STYLE JUMPS). The med team continues the resus procedure. from many camera angles as they perform many more cycles of resus until finally, the patient's pulse returns.
