Jozepine is in the ICU after a heart attack. Nasal Cannula and IV are inserted, BP cuff placed and she is hooked up to a 7 lead ECG. She starts feeling chest pains again and experiences shortness of breath. The doctor checks BP and steths for vitals as the patient deteriorates, breathing more and more quickly.
