Kyra is in the E.R. breathless with heavy chest pains. The Med team starts to exam her. The BP cuff and O2 mask are placed on her and they hook her up to a heart monitor. The leads are under her t-shirt. A minute later, her breathing starts to get worse, and she starts gasping for air.
