Kyra is in the ICU following a heart attack and a procedure in the cath lab. She is wearing a green bouffant cap, O2 mask and BP cuff placed. She is hooked up to a 7 lead heart monitor. She starts breathing heavily and gasping for air while the following occurs from all camera angles:

- Ambu bagging with black ambu balloon and black transparent ambu mask.
- Defibrillations with green defib pads and then with gel. Realistic and hollywood-style jumps as well.
- CPR with dramatic deep and strong chest compressions with interlocked fingers.
