The med team starts CPR immediately with ambu bagging. The defibrillator paddles are charged but there is no response after the cycle. The med team continues the resus procedure. After a few more cycles the patient’s pulse returns to sinus rhythm but is still very fast. The med team continues the cardioversion procedure with manual paddles. They remove the patient’s gown and check her femoral pulse. Now the patient is totally nude. After another round of defibs the patient’s heart returns to normal rhythm, (very visible on the close up)!
