Lulu is in the hospital with abdominal pains and is laying in the pre-op await for her surgery and wearing a hospital gown. The OR nurse enters checks her abdomen and places a pink bouffant cap onto her head and an O2 mask onto her face as well as a BP cuff and 3 leads ECG. The doctor places the black rubber mask on her face. They intubate her with an LMA and fix it with tapes. Her eyes are also taped. The med team starts sterilizing her abdomen when suddenly her heart flatlines. The med team starts CPR immediately and bags her thru the LMA tube. The defibrillator is charged but no response...

The defibrillator is charged but no responses after the round. The med team performs a few more cycles of resus when finally the patient’s pulse stabilizes. She now looks stable enough for the surgery. The med team works on Lulu feverishly and hurry to insure no further complications. When the surgery completes successfully they extubate her and transport her to her hospital room. In the next scene Lulu is in her hospital room and the OR nurse comes to check on her.
