She starts changing when Dr. Eve arrives and asks her about her happy mood. When Lyen responds Eve tells her she must be mistaken because *she* will be the assistant professor and she shows her the letter of acceptance. This bad news is too much for Lyen's weak heart. She goes pale and starts breathing deeply. Then she has a massive heart attack. She collapses to the floor. Immediately Eve checks her vital and realizes she has no pulse. ...

She starts changing when Dr. Eve arrives and asks her about her happy mood. When Lyen responds Eve tells her she must be mistaken because *she* will be the assistant professor and she shows her the letter of acceptance. This bad news is too much for Lyen's weak heart. She goes pale and starts breathing deeply. Then she has a massive heart attack. She collapses to the floor. Immediately Eve checks her vital and realizes she has no pulse. She runs for the AED and begins using it as the machine instructs. She calls for medical help from the clinical wing of the hospital and cuts Lyen's dress off. She places the pads and shocks her heart but there is no response. She performs some MTM breathing and than starts CPR. She performs a few cycles of MTM, CPR and AED shocks but there is still no response. At last help arrives. The medical team continues Lyen's resuscitation with deep and strong chest compressions - with interlocked fingers - and more AED shocks. Following more cycles of resus, Lyen's pulse returns and she starts breathing on her own. They put Lyen in a wheelchair to run with her into the ER. You can see what happens next here.
