Molly and her friend get to Molly's apartment on a very hot day. There are over 90 stairs and as they get to the final landing Molly is very breathless and tired. By the time they they get to the apartment Molly is breathless and complaining of chest pains. Her friend brings water to Molly while she sits down for a rest -but the symptoms get worse. As Vera notice her girlfriend's symptoms getting worse she calls an ambulance.
