She finds the room where the equipment is but the phone connection drops and she is totally alone. Stepping into a gloomy room she hears an unknown and scary voice... and runs like hell! Room by room an eerie apparition of a former patient taking vengeance for her own perceived improper nursing care is following her. She is visible to you but not to her. Nicky feels something however and goes into a panic. Her heart is pumping at 100 miles an hour, and she is gasping for air paralyzed by fear. She hears an otherworldly wail... Finally the vengeful ghost is just in front of her and starts to clench Nicky's heart just as she had with another nurse (in part 1) . Nicky feels like she is having a heart attack and soon she is down on the wet floor in a pool of dirty water gasping for air and seizing. Meanwhile the two nurses she was talking to on the phone when it cut off decide to go down to the creepy hospital basement to find her. When the finding her motionless with a weak pulse they start resus immediately. One nurse pulls off her surgery top and starts CPR while the other runs for the defibrillator and calls for help. Following some rounds of CPR and defibrillations, there is no response. Someone finally arrives to transport her to ER... Back in the ER, the team cuts off her top and she's hooked up to a monitor with a BP cuff placed. Deep and strong CPR's begin, and countless rounds of defibrillations and bagging, but with no response. They intubate her and continue resus. Finally her pulse returns to normal and they can extubate her. However her spontaneous breathing is still labored and she gasps for air. Soon however her breathing returns to normal. Very strong and deep chest compressions, perfect defibrillations on scene and in ER, exciting breathless scenes... a must see film!
