Our story begins with resus action form the very first second. The Med team is working on Laura in ICU while head nurse Nicky is performing CPR. The other nurses realize she seems much more stressed and exhausted than usual. Nicky gasps for air but says she is OK. Following the final round of defib patient Laura's pulse returns but Nicky is too tired to stay in the room. The doctor helps her out and implores Nicky to have an exam, an EKG.
