(English) Overstressed Boss Rebecca and Zuzu, an assistant from Germany, work for an international ad-agency. On a business trip in Central Europe they have rented an office and hotel room and are dealing with a very short client deadline. Everything is late on the campaign and it is due tomorrow! On a business trip in Central Europe they have rented an office and hotel room and are dealing with a very short client deadline. Everything is late on the campaign and it is due tomorrow! In the office, Rebecca is on multiple phone lines dealing with the new campaign and being squeezed by both the client, her boss, etc. When assistant Zuzu arrives with the printed material Rebecca realizes it isn't acceptable and she won't have time to revise it! She starts feeling pain and has shortness of breath, but assumes thinking she is having one of her all too frequent panic attacks. A few minutes later in the corridor Zuzu realizes she is having problems but Rebecca says it is OK. She just has a headache and needs her stress pills. When they leave for the hotel, she is close to feinting but still thinks she will be OK. At night in the hotel Rebecca is still working on the campaign in her bed trying to salvage what she can. She is sweating heavily in her bed and now has strong chest pains. She calls Zuzu to come from another room because she feels she is having a heart attack. When Zuzu arrives she feels very bad and is in a panic, with heavy chest, jaw and arm pains. She is also gasping for air. So terrified Zuzu calls for an ambulance. The Parameds arrive and start to examine her, checking BP, stething and hooking her up to a heart monitor. Rebecca passes between conscious and indisposed... as she has a massive heart attack. The Parameds put an O2 mask on her and prep her for transport to hospital but she slowly crashes and stops breathing. They intubate her, but soon her heart goes Vfib. They cut off her t-shirt and bra, start CPR immediately and charge the defibrillator. Meanwhile her assistant Zuzu is near hysterics and worries aloud about her! They shock Rebecca's heart, but with no response... So they continue the resuscitation procedure. Following many rounds of CPR and defibrillations her sinus rhythm comes back and she looks stable enough to transport to hospital.
