They start to clean her entire body with a wet cloth, as they clean her the respirator tube bulges under her body. They hook her back to the respirator and turn the machine on again, but poor Rebecca has no air! The nurses leave and Rebecca is alone, the heart monitor is beeping, the respirator is hissing but she starts to struggle with the respirator tube, she struggle for air and for life suffocating. She tries to touch the tube and indicate the problem with her arms. A very detailed smothering scene ensues with full body images and close ups. She is very close to collapse.
