(English) Rossella arrives at a Doctor’s Office in her small town to check her vitals because she's felt bad in the last days. She has nausea, shortness of breath and some chest pains. Another patient is in the waiting room and they start chatting. Soon Rossella’s symptoms get worse, and she gasps for air with chest pains. The other patient calls for help and soon the Doctor arrives with the nurse to help. They check her vitals and realize her condition is serious. Rossella has a massive heart attack.
