Sheila is one of our most realistic patients. She is 46 years old, a heavy smoker, overweight and with high cholesterol. She is a step-mother but some days ago she lost her job. This is too much for her and now she is in the ER, diagnosed with a myocardial infarction. Sheila has heavy chest pains, and is feeling breathless. There are very long CA symptoms here.
