Sunny Diamond is at the Dr’s office for a Gynecological exam after suffering from abdominal pains. The Doctor gives her a hospital gown to change into while she preps for the exam. As Sunny straddles the gyno exam table stirrups the Dr helps her into the correct position. First she produces a short abdominal palpation which hurt a bit for Sunny. Then she starts the vaginal exam. Everything looks good, the Doctor finishes the exam and asks Sunny to sit up, but she as if she has feinted. The med team tries to wake her up but there is no response. They realize Sunny is not breathing, and has no pulse. The Doctor sends the assistant for help immediately and starts CPR and MTM breathing too immediately. A larger med team returns and starts working quickly, activating the crash cart, removing Sunny’s hospital gown, ambu bagging and continuing CPR. They hook her up to the heart monitor and it looks like she is going into Vfib! The defibrillator is charged but there is no response following the initial shock. The med team continues the resus procedure, the switches pace for CPR. They perform many more cycles of resus until finally the patient's pulse returns.
