After her initial CA in the Office this episode begins as Sunny is laying on the floor and the paramed team has resuscitated her successfully. The Zoll AED pads are still placed on her chest and the med team checks her vitals. They ready her for transport to the hospital but her breathing starts to go flat again and very soon she goes into full cardiac arrest again. The paramed nurse starts CPR immediately and the AED is charged again. They shock her heart but with no response.
