Doctors Susan and step-sister Nicky are talking while checking a medical book. Susan begins feeling badly, and listens to her own heart beat. Then she decides on an EKG examination just to be sure. Nicky starts the examination but Susan feels worse and worse. She is breathless and has chest pain. Nicky calls a cardiologist. Resus begins with intubation, oxygen, manual CPR and defib, until thankfully her pulse stabilizes.
