She is hooked up to the respirator (long scene). When the nurses enter the room the patient flatlines again. The nurse starts CPR immediately and calls for help. The med team enters and places the CPR board under the patient and continues CPR with deep and strong chest compressions. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response. The med team continues the resus procedure with CPR, ambu bagging through the ET tube and more defibs. They perform many more cycles of this until the patient’s pulse returns to normal rhythm.
