Tamara is in the OR for a routine abdominal surgery. The medical team preps her for the procedure. They hook her up to the heart monitor, place the BP cuff and a bouffant cap onto her head. The doctor places a transparent mask with rubber bands onto her face and then she bags her. They checks her airways with a laryngoscope than intubate her using an LMA.
