Zazie is in the ER after a car accident. She is out and not breathing on her own. She is already intubated, the nurse keeps her breathing with an ambu bag. After that they prep her for a cathetering. When it is done the patient's heart suddenly flat lines. The med team starts resuscitation with the CPR and ambu begging thru the ET tube. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response after the shock. She reacts in many ways to the defibs. Following a few more cycles of resus the patient’s pulse returns, and she is ready to move to further exams. An exciting trauma clip with cut off clothes, cervical collar, ET tube, 3 & 12 lead ECG, catheter, deep and strong chest compressions and different types of defibs. A must see clip for all resus fans!
