While surgeon Zuzu is in the operating room, performing surgery on a patients she begins experiencing cramps in her lower abdomen. Zuzu begins breathing heavily under the surgical mask, and needs her forehead wiped frequently. Initially, Zuzu dismisses these cramps, and keeps operating on the patient. As time goes by however, Zuzu is struggling to stay focused. The pain and cramping becomes worse.
